Telling a customer a time frame for their order isn't rude. Telling a customer you're not ready yet also isn't rude. She was getting his order sorted, she knew when she'd be ready; she was just being direct. I think it's ruder to film people doing their jobs and put them on social media without their consent. Maybe the camera caught her off guard? We've got too casual about filming strangers and expecting them to be comfortable with it. Strangers aren't obligated to be your content.
