I’d say he honestly just canceled himself. I couldn’t take him seriously after this. John had great responses.

Andrew is right when he says it was John’s own choice to be put in prison by exposing illegal torture programs or at least he could’ve seen that coming. But the fact Andrew sees it as betrayal instead of holding your government accountable proves how rotten the CIA really is

What Andrew fails to realize is that John doesn’t owe the cia anything. All the stuff he’s “borrowed” from his work and experiences working for the cia isn’t something he has to pay back. The cia already recouped their return from John, he spent decades working for them doing job collecting intelligence and doing work abroad, John is right he owes them nothing
