She's not necessarily a villain. She's heart broken. Watching someone you love pick someone new especially fast? Feels like grief plus rejection plus replacement all at once. Being rude to kagura doesn't make it okay, but it makes sense. Pain makes people lash out. Hanabi built lots of history, safety, and "maybe someday" in her head. Kagura walked in and got the ending hanabi wanted. That hurts as hell.
