If you could send me some still shots, I could see what I could do with it to lay things out but you’ve got two separate spaces here that you’re likely going to need to create. Also, what does the new furniture look like? I will completely remove everything out of the space and then come back in with all of the new furniture and re-style everything

I almost think you need to wall off the kitchen area doorway and then open the kitchen area entrance by where the couch is. shift that doorway, the expense to me would be worth it.

Have you tried pulling the couch and chair up closer to the TV? That way you can walk behind the chair and couch

Since the tv area is so close to the kitchen, I would relocate the TV to the larger area by the front window, use that area as my living room and maybe put a small dining table or maybe a bistro set for as a breakfast nook! I would love to see the ending result!!

It appears a wall was removed in the kitchen. I say this because the ceiling fan on that side of the kitchen doesn't make sense if all of the appliances and sink are on the other side. What is on the side where the fan is? What year was the house was built?

I would make the first part the leaving room and see if a TV fits at the end of the fireplace like if it was in a corner then the other half by the kitchen I would put 2 small couch chairs with a table in the middle make like a place to sit and read a book

Open up a pass thru window at the wall with the couch. Put your kitchen table there. And then give yourself a big island in the kitchen 🤗👍🤗

The are with the fireplace is the dining area. The living room is where the garage door and stairs are.

Couch perpendicular to the stairs wall facing the door/window. Ate between door and window. 2 chairs facing fireplace. Sofa table behind sofa. Coffee table in front. Side chair or recliner near garage door.

Paint the garage door and trim the same color as the wall. Add a dining/activities table with upholstered chairs to coordinate with the wood on your end and coffee table you have in the living room.
