Wow!! I’m going through this right now. It’s also been happening since I was younger. I don’t understand why this keeps happening. Sometimes I’ll shrink and dim my light a little just to finally not get attacked. I bite my lip and just observe but I somehow for some reason get the short end of the stick in various situations. Then I’ll ruminate over and over again trying to figure out what I did wrong.
