@lagomchef: If you want something quick and easy then just get some pre cooked delicious rice and slap a load of wonderful things into it. Hoisin is one of my favourite sauces but you pick whatever sauce you want. Don’t over think it, use whatever you have left over in the fridge to bulk it all out.
