Change out you pillow cases. Clean one every night. I’ve been told, my daughter has trouble with acne. Not sure if it helps. What could it hurt to give it a try.

@Jason S: How long were you on Accutane? I had trouble acne when I was a kid and started taking it in college. Took months to see a difference but it’s the only thing that worked - and only if I took it at the same time every day. My son has my skin (sorry, J!) and is going through the same thing now. All of that said, we all have things we don’t like about ourselves. I really liked the end of your video where you basically declare victory and tell acne it doesn’t own you. Try to appreciate the things about you that most of the population would trade for in a heartbeat. (Sorry to be so cliche but I’m a dad. It’s what we do!)

Hi Rachel, I've been there before. I had been exercising, eating healthy food, and drinking plenty of water, but I still kept getting acne. Then I met a doctor who sugested that I try taking an allergy test. After taking the allergy test, it turned out that I was allergic to many types of food, and honestly, once I stopped eating those foods, my acne & sudden redness also stop appearing ! Maybe you can give it a try, hope it helps.
