So this is Turkish donner and not Greek gyros. Gyros is very thin slices of roasted pork. We don’t put lemon zest nor oregano in tzatziki. Also NO FETA in souvlaki!! And we put fries in it!!

Noo feta cheese in the souvlaki ( gyros) for so many reasons. Number one, feta and tzatziki doesn't' match . Other than that,love you keep up the good work!!

It’s more kebab this way but it’s tasty and you are very close to original. We don’t put feta and parsley in giros. In some Greek cities the put French friends, mustard and ketchup. Some people put lettuce. Main incredients are onion, tomato and meat. In some places tzatziki is included, in some other places it is extra and you have to ask for it. I am Greek 🥰🥰
