That’s the perfect size for a family of 1 or 2! I have a fryer, and my husband insists on taking out the oil, and cleaning every use. Understandably, because we don’t use it daily or even monthly, so the oils would probably go bad. It’s so much work I only use it when I really need to fry more than will fit in my cast iron. I need this!!

I use mine all the time if I wanna cook a piece of meat I’d just put it in there. It cooks pretty quickly with no mess.
