I think flossing before brushing could be better, because first you need to get rid of any possible rest of the food between your teeth so that the ingredients of the toothpaste get in every corner better.

I feel like flossing before brushing makes way more sense than the other way around. Because if you have food stuck in between your teeth, getting it all out will better allow the toothpaste to get in those nooks and crannies. Idk. That’s what I always do.
