@zenaskitchen: Earl Grey Portokalopita! 😍 This is my take on portokalopita, the classic Greek orange cake made with dried filo instead of flour. Texturally, it’s soft and almost custardy, with delicate crisp edges running through it. Once baked, it’s soaked in an Earl Grey-spiked orange syrup, making it incredibly juicy and delicious. Shoutout to @Travelandmunchies for the inspo. Seeing hers last week sparked a bit of an obsession — I’ve made mine four times since.
