It is unacceptable that Pret has failed to fulfil their commitment to phase out the cruel use of unnaturally fast-growing ‘frankenchickens’. You had eight years….and made NO progress. This is not acceptable! Will not support a business like this and hoping other people will look into this and do the same.

I refuse to support your company until/unless you reinstate this commitment with a transparent time-bound public plan. If not to reduce the extreme animal suffering, at least think of your company's reputation as you break consumer trust and fall behind your competitors.
