that’s such an intense place to be in 😭 day 1 postpartum is already so raw, and having your baby in the NICU on top of that… it’s a whole different level of emotions. you’re healing from surgery, hormones all over the place, exhausted, and your heart is split between recovery and worrying about your baby. I remember feeling so overwhelmed and not like myself at all, physically and mentally. it’s a lot to carry. I thought I just had to push through it. nothing really helped and I felt stuck. then a woman in a forum mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I followed it and wow… 29 lbs down, energy finally steady, I feel stronger and more like myself again. I love it, feels like hidden info

I don’t understand how people have such hard times after c sections. I was up an hour after cleaning the room and I kept getting yelled at by the nurses to sit and relax but I felt great and was doing everything. I’m obviously some odd person because it was literally like I never had a surgery. I hope you feel better very soon and congratulations on the precious baby
