Did you check the pyro fuse? Usually when a car is in an accident the pyro fuse will blow.

Bro, first try pressing the clutch, and if that doesn’t work, try spraying the starter so it does a good cassis ground, start uses the block as a ground plissss press the clutch, almost all Si has that safety feature

I had the same experience with copart. Listed as running and driving. I found the MAF wires were cut. That alone proves it couldn’t have possibly started for them. Fixed that but never started. Found one of the cylinders had zero compression. I wound up scrapping the car. Will never buy from copart again.
