you need to ask them if they have any onion vinegar!! if you haven't tried it before, it's an absolute MUST with fish and chips. salt-vinegar-salt-onion vinegar-salt! heaven!!!! (The onion vinegar is what's left in the jar once you've eaten all of your pickled onions, if you want to have it at home, and it's divine 🥰)
