@courtnwilliams: Dance mom x3 I have no doubt these girls will be the head of somebody’s Fortune 500 company or even better, running their own 8-figure businesses one day 😎 Competitive sports across the board get a bad rep these days, especially dance! With the huge time and financial commitment people act as if the only way these kid’s hard work over the years would be worth it is if they go pro, or dance in college, or get a scholarship. And while that would be AMAZING, there’s so many other benefits to youth sports that if done right in a healthy way (because they can be toxic if you allow) will have lasting positive affects on these kids for the rest of their lives. It’s the journey along the way that makes it truly special and not just the end goal. As long as they continue to love it I will do whatever is in my power to support them. It’s a world that not many understand unless you’re in it, but IYKYK…there’s NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like watching your kids up on that stage doing what they love. These girls are some rockstars and I don’t know how they juggle all they do so well, but proud is an understatement! We wrapped our regional dance season this past weekend. If you’ve been following along in my stories you know the girls and their teammates have been KILLIN it 🔥🏆. Now the road to nationals to officially wrap up this season! Happy Tuesday yall from one exhausted dance mom 🤣 #competitivedance #competitivedancer #dancemom
