My husband had low iron and a fatty liver. The low iron was due to a pretty cancerous lesion in his colon, the fatty liver was due to obesity. So I would hope the first thing you should do is see your doctor!

There’s a literal review that says anything over 7000 is unnecessary and doesn’t give you added benefit so the goal should be 7000

I’m have IBS-D and Fatty Liver which the worse. I’m getting an Ultrasound on July6th. I’m going to put myself on a low carb and high fiber diet to see if this will help. I have been taking liver health vitamins and digestive enzymes supplements. It’s been kinda helping. Any other suggestions?

I walk slowly 1 mile @20 mins which equals 1 hour and 40 min of walking per day to reach 10,000 steps. Any suggestions to speed up my walking rate

I started eating at 9am, 12pm & 3pm (sometimes 4pm) only after I got an ultrasound done that showed I had a fatty liver. I fast from 3:30pm until 9am the next day. I walk around 8K steps a day. I eat high protein & fiber but low carbs & fat. 90% whole food & 10% cheat food. I am now averaging losing 2lbs per a week. My new ultrasound this Monday showed decreased in fatty liver. Thank God. Thanks for the tips.
