I put Glycolic acid all over my body every other night and I seal it in with a lotion and body oil. It truly works but you have to be consistent, I just started using the amlactin vitamin c lotion 2x a week and that also exfoliates. When I use that I don’t use the glycolic acid that week, I also started with the naturium salicylic acid body wash, when I’m done with that one I’ll use the vitamin c one. I also just ran out of their KP body scrub, I find that it also exfoliates well and it helped get rid of hyperpigmentation.

For bacne, I do Peter Roth 30% glycolic acid twice a month. On a regular day, I use the panoxyl body spray twice in a day. For my shower I make sure to use a silicone back scrubber with anti bacterial soap. And every other night when I don’t use the spray, I use adapalene. I also will add tranexamic acid but not together; on an off day. I need it gone. lol
