@marcbuckner: Back in motion. Not rushing it, just getting the body moving again. Light work, focus on circulation, waking the muscles up and getting glycogen back where it belongs. Last couple weeks were off. Calories were too low and it showed. That’s fixed now. Food is back up, structure is back, tracking is tight on @Kalo This phase also sharpened my understanding. Inflammation, cortisol, recovery… all of it. And more than anything, how critical sleep really is. You can’t outwork a stressed system, and you can’t force progress when the body’s not ready. Push too hard, too often, and it pushes back. A step back now is just the setup for a stronger return. I’ve been using more and more AI to learn, understand my body better, and gather the right information to rebuild the right way. Slow, progressive, and healthy. The plan is simple now, build steadily, stay consistent, and let the momentum stack. This time away did what it needed to do. Reset the mind, sharpen the focus. Now it’s about execution. Feeling better soon. Looking better after that.
