Xfinity has the most terrible customer service of any WiFi provider in the country. Unreliable, horrible, overpriced as hell, and they’re rude. If you have literally any other choice don’t go with Xfinity/spectrum

Oof a year ago when I set up my Xfinity stuff, when u had first called to set up my account before I went and got the equipment, the dude who initially took my info got my address wrong and it wouldn't work, I had to call back and the next person basically got me set up with a whole other account, I had to listen to the speech twice! THEN when it came time to set it up at home the dude in the store who gave me my equipment logged it under the wrong account, he logged it under the account with the wrong address! It took me 5 hours to set it all up in my new apartment and I was 8 months pregnant! I think I finally got Internet at 2am that night. hahahahaha I still love Xfinity though. 😂

It’s been a week still can’t connect my xfinity WiFi. Now a tech has to come out they cancelled twice, still do not have service. It is not a five minute setup.

X finity messed up my service multiple times . After I called over 9 time I was told it was fixed it went. They turned it over to collections . I am not paying them one cent .

Never can I get a hold of customer service - the last three times I needed to talk to someone I had to submit a complaint to the Attorney General‘s office and that expedited it.

I just dumped xfinity because my tv and internet service kept going up and the last increase brought it to $272 a month. I got Gonetspeed fiber installed(free) for $29.99 a month, bought a Roku and I'm happy happy happy 😊
