@emilia.vs.adhd: More fibre ≠ better digestion. Fibre is not a one size fits ADHD! Gut issues like IBS, gastritis, acid reflux etc are over represented in ADHD. We can’t pour down on fibre like neurotypicals can and be a-ok! The types of fiber are: Insoluble and soluble. Insoluble fibre isn’t “bad fibre” it’s just harder on the digestive tract and could get things moving too quickly 😬 Soluble fibre: • forms a gel → calms & protects your gut lining • slows digestion → less spikes, less crashes • feeds good gut bacteria → better gut–brain signaling • can reduce bloating Eating fibre is good, but eating the right fibre for your ADHD can work some magic! That doesn’t mean skip your favorite fibre rich foods though, just enjoy in moderation. If you want to know exactly how and what to eat for your ADHD, grab The ADHD Diet in my acc description. #adhd #adhdtips #adhdhack #adhdfood

I am blessed by your content. Although I disagree with your recommendation of oats. They are wrongly sold as a super food. A cheap food that use to be given to peasants. In reality should only be used to bulk horses before winter. 😁

Oats are one of the highest in glyphosate, which is highly toxic. Unless you grow your own, it’s best to stay away from oats.
