I work in construction and yes this is all happening. People need to realize this is a city though - every city needs to develop to succeed, it is what it is! Other than excessive amounts of luxury condos, it’s all truly a benefit to the community. More jobs, walkable areas, event spaces etc.

People who aren’t native to Tampa don’t get it. Our infrastructure isn’t built for all this. Traffic is wild! And cost of living isn’t even worth it anymore. I move next year and it sucks because I use to live Tampa but not anymore.
