i notice this as a white women, it’s blatantly obvious the discrimination esp with old racist white men, had one unhinged boss who definitely stereotyped a black girl immediately, i’m loud, rude, and speak avve, she was quiet. in the same shift w her, i had come out of the bathroom to him basically yelling at her the most redundant things, and she rolled her eyes(i’ve rolled my eyes in his face at him multiple times) and he threw a hissy fit about her rolling her eyes, I LAUGHED IN HIS FACE, fixed the problem at hand immediately bc she just had a question. Then I matched his energy and i didn’t let him talk over me INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS and took over training her, He had told everyone about how she rolled her eyes but didn’t say a word about me laughing in his face and parenting him!!! i couldn’t even imagine how he would’ve reacted if it was her doing what i did, heart goes out to yall
