Crazy thing is that I feel super energized after 30 mins on a stair master, so I have no problem with #1. But I keep hearing this so I just started doing resistance training BEFORE my cardio and let’s see what does! I hope something lol.

I run every day after my work outs, 3miles a day except leg work out day.. that’s the only day I don’t run! I feel great… long runs on The Weeknd’s!! 6/10 miles which it’s only Saturday/Sunday!!!!
