Waheguru( the principal) is everywhere but Guru( the teacher) is sitting in Gurudwara sahib and is waiting for every student(sikhs) to visit to learn something and we need to cover our heads to give respect.Also there is scientific reason, Some spiritual traditions believe that hair, especially on the crown, is a receptive antenna that can absorb external emotional energies. Covering the hair is used to shield the individual from negative energies in crowded or stressful public spaces, promoting a sense of peace.🙏🙏

absolutely. and i disagree that you should be told off or told in a negative manner if your head gets uncovered by mistake a little bit. you are then focusing on making sure your dupatta doesnt fall rather than listen to the paath or simran happening. and being present. yes, it is important. no it isn't the be all and end all of it.
