Yes, as much as we LOVE a camp fire, it wouldn't stop me from booking if they don't allow camp fires. We've juat come back from a site that didn't allow camp fires, only off the ground BBQs but the site otherwise was perfect for us.

spring valley lakes in Swansea, real old camping site, friends will not go anywhere else if don't allow campfires, but I've just bought the new eco candle it's the same, no smell lasts 8 Hours, no mess goes out straight away ....

Well in colorado the county Im in won't allow campfires anywhere due to high fire risk right now. For those asking how to stay warm they have great camp heaters that runoff propane.
