The intermittent fasting window feels really long, and counters the advice to eat protein before 10 am. I love the idea of adding to the tool bag over 60 days. I’ve lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks just doing your fiber suggestion and my regular protein habit. It’s those additional 15 that are the hard part though!
