Oddish solos. Assuming this is VGC rules a moveset with giga drain, sleep powder, growth, and protect, he can easily sleep and set up on the polar bear and solo. Even if ice types are super effective against grass, the polar bear isn’t a pokemon so it is irrelevant to this equation. Throw an eviolite on my boy and he easily solos and you get to keep the other $14.
