adding this to my meal prep list. I do garlic confit in batches to add depth of flavor to my everyday meals. Great to have an option that has onions. I may add peppers and thyme as they often go bad in the crisper. Thank you!

doesn't take long to caramelise onions and garlic. . What's all the fuss😁 good old ways. the way ami did it chuck onion in pan,lid on, let it cook while u prep food. no need to do all this. ❤️if this works for u . thts fine.
