I can’t eat dairy , tomatoes, onions , veg & yesterday found out lettuce is now on the ever growing list .. the food goal posts just keep changing 😩

I have IBS (as far as I'm aware of) and my stomach makes weird noises too but I took a mini video a cpl of weeks ago and it sounded either like wind from outside/someone snoring in my stomach 🤷♀️🤣
