It’s from the Face ID sensors it constantly tries firing infrared dot to ur face and cause ur phone camera can see infrared light in low light conditions it captures when it reflected on a white surface and that what u are seeing 😁😁.. Happy to help

it’s the front camera creating an infinity loop. It’s on max brightness but the auto dimming also works. It’s causing the display to want to dim alongside creating the correct exposure for the front camera pic, it’s making the image to the camera jump up and down in exposure. also Face ID isnt even active when on the camera so it’s not that 👍🏼

I think the camera is picking up the infrared from scanning your face I don't know how many times a second it does it but I think it's the infrared
