Well this is one way to absolutely misinterpret the interview, or read into it so much more than was there. She didn't say character of herself. She said characters. You did say she doesn't want people to know what she is talking about, so why are you so adamant that she is wanting people to understand the performance art? Mirrorball is about people seeing who they are and project onto her in their art. Reflections of themselves and she is effectively 'holding up a mirror' to what others see. You see that, right?

I think she uses the social narrative to fuel her writing and leaves in little pieces of herself throughout them. I had no idea antihero wasn’t a depression piece and more a subtle clap back to the narrative being giving to her. Don’t think it’s performance art tho
