Plot twist… Jennifer knew she couldn’t invite Barb to the real first birthday party because of how many other people wouldn’t want to attend. So she’s allowing Barb to host/plan her own party, with whoever she wants there, to appease her and not have to tell her about the real party! Chickie gets 2 birthday parties, Jenn doesn’t have to hurt Barb’s feelings by letting her know about the real party and that she can’t come, and Barb gets to feel like the winner when the party is exactly what she wants. 😅
