This is my manager, one week she wants me to take charge and the next week she’s asking me why I signed my signature in an email slightly differently because that needs her approval first when really all I did was abbreviate my name😩

The last one though… I teach my team to get my approval before working on impromptu tasks from executives, and I teach my executives to leave them alone. I’m very happy to show off the work of my team though and give them all the credit!
