I drink half the amount of coffee i use to drink. I would previously drink it fast, but since I’m on Reta I just sip on it. Takes me a few hours to finish a little over a cup.

I went from 3 - 4 cups of coffee daily to 1 cup of half regular half decaf, and 1 full DEcaf. I completely cut back after starting reta, and my heart rate normalized.
