Hi, Argentinian with a C1 in English here. "puntas" would be understood as "sharp ends" or "tips" (as in pecil tip), not as "points". "points" (as in score or a list) is masculine in Spanish, and would be "puntos".

La palabra “punta” significa “tip” ejemplo: “la punta del dedo - fingertip” puede ser un poco confuso pero en realidad “points” significa puntos y viceversa, esta bien equivocarse pero porfavor investiguen antes de hacer este tipo de videos
