I worked at Dameron too. Make sure you feel out your ADOs when you’re short staffed and out of ratio to protect your license. Congrats

Telemetry is a great place to start! You'll learn so much because you'll get such a wide variety of people and problems. I think your ratio is much better than here in Colorado. We do 1:6 here. The biggest thing with med surg floors is learning time management skills! Don't stress too much about the rhythms either because they usually have a tele tech who calls you anytime there is a change in their rhythm. Good luck!
