What is this Rhode Island you speak of? I’ve never heard of it. I’ve actually been to Annapolis at least 1,000 times in the last 4 decades. Annapolis is the sailing capital not just of the world, the United States but of Maryland as well. And I’ve actually been to Annapolis. I can’t say that for this imaginary land of Honalee and the island made of roads.

The number of regattas that have no sail days because of the lack of breeze in Annapolis is bonkers. It is immediately the reason why Annapolis will never win the title.
