Vaginal births aren’t necessarily “easier”. Just less invasive. It’s so uncomfortable and touchy either way. Thank god it’s temporary!

Unscented Epsom salt in your Peru bottle every single time you go to the washroom. My stitches dissolved/healed so quickly and I had a second degree tear - helps so the swelling too

No bc why does NOBODY TELL US ABOUT THE RECOVERY!!!! I couldn’t walk for a few weeks. I would do the birth a thousand times BUT the recovery makes me rethink pregnancy again 😭😭😭😭
