The reason is that PSG front 3 all played less than 1400 league minutes whilst the Bayern front 3 played almost every league game, it's that obvious, nothing to do with physicality.

Saying Ligue 1 runs more. Let’s look at intensive runs between BL and L1. The BL team with the most intensive runs is Hoffenheim(23200) the highest in L1 is Strasbourg (18462). The lowest count of intensive runs in BL is Hamburg (19083). Strasbourg would be LAST in the BL in terms of intensity and running.
