It's simple. He is on permanent bathroom cleaning duty for all the bathrooms. He gets no privileges till it's clean. If there is a dirty spot in any of the bathrooms, he has to clean it ASAP. Also love the getting up an hour earlier to have to clean suggestion in the comments.

Inconvenient change in routine… that always did it for us😂 Normally wake up at 6am? Now you’re up at 5am deep cleaning for an hour before school, no phone/no privileges. Get home from school… deep cleaning and having to give time stamps. House will be clean and lesson learned 🧼🧹 Cleaning doesn’t pass inspection? Now you’re up at 4am to deep clean for 2 hours to learn your lesson

Remember that this started with “I didn’t do it so I don’t have to clean it” so from now on they have to clean all the bathrooms before doing anything else. Cleaning isn’t about who did it, it’s about respecting all of your house mates.
