I have a life threatening progesterone intolerance. There is so little research and knowledge about it. And it affects far more women than doctors realise, particularly amongst women with ADHD or ASD. I would love progesterone sensitivity or intolerance to be the next thing people are talking about.

I don't know what progesterone resistance is, but like 16 years ago after my first child, I got on progesterone only birth control and within a month had joint pain so bad I could barely walk. I put it together eventually that it started when I stated the birth control, stopped taking it, and pan went away and it's never happened again. Anyone have any insight?

Oof I definitely have this. I also can’t take birth control with oestrogen because I get migraines with Aura so I am more likely to have a stroke. But progesterone birth control controls make me so anxious.
