They're trying to act better than they actually are to match the "aesthetic" of corporate. I've met corporate people that only work the minimum and it baffles people that try to act better than everyone in the same event. Saying things like, "Idk who is running the event exactly so I wouldn't act like that person" and I'm like, "I'm just playing the ukulele and walking around, it's in my contract." They expect me to flip or something? 😂😅
