As a third time BLW mama i highly recommend putting seasoning on the food! You just have to avoid salt and sugar in rubs but seasoning will help baby develop a palate for all flavors. My babies actually by a year prefer small amounts of hot sauce on their eggs and still to today eat a wide variety of foods with tons of flavor!

With BLW you totally can use seasoning if you feel comfortable just no salt or very little salt I would use garlic and onion powder and pepper because I want to encourage different flavours! Not necessary just thought I’d share but obviously baby boy totally loved the steak awesome job! You guys are such amazing parents 🥰
