🙏🙏🙏 I have a spinal cord injury and was paralyzed waist down.. BUT.. I forced myself to bear weight from the beginning to keep my muscles toned..went to Houston TIRR Spinal Cord Rehabilitation center and learned to walk again after 5 yrs 🙏🙏🙏
