As someone who is using medication to lose weight I can honestly tell you from personal experience that before the meds it was damn near impossible. I was eating more than I thought on a consistent basis and I felt lost. I never got to her size but I can imagine that she struggles with it worse than people know

I dated a lady close to 550 lbs with a colossal belt and couldn’t get up steps to the house as her belly couldn’t get over the steps. She needed special door on the side of the house.
