Nasi Sauce 	•	Soy sauce – 2 tbsp 	•	Chilli paste – 1 tbsp (or to taste) 	•	Sugar – 1–2 tsp (adjust to your liking) 	•	Pepper – a pinch Mix well and keep ready.   Method 	1.
