Creativity is really high during these periods too. I wrote an entire fiction manuscript in a few months of the hardest time of my life. I wanted my mind to be anywhere but the present moment. It kept me alive.

As someone who just came out of one of these periods, for anyone that needs to hear this: YOU CAN DO IT!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel. And I’m so glad I went through the hard times to be able to appreciate the good. One foot in front of the other, one day at a time.
