Ordered the tablets then got sick and throat completely closed up. So I ordered the lemon lime powder. Yuck… so I mixed it with San pelegrino and a 1/4 lemon blended in ice and rimmed the glass with malton salt and I was able to enjoy

Amaranth, a grain that has the consistency and texture of grits, has all nine amino acids in addition to many other benefits. I bought mine off of Amazon. I made sure to get organic. I will see if it works. I have lost 4 lbs. Not sure if it’s related or not.

Instead of spending $$$ on Perfect Amino: Do this stack: * Collagen + Vitamin C * Clean protein powder (if needed) * Omega-3 That will give you way more visible results (skin + body) for the money.
