They chose you, but didn't keep you because they were reflecting something that was inside of you that they reflected back inside of them but once you grew outside of that aspect, they could no longer keep you, but they chose to stay around because it was comfortable until it was no longer comfortable Everyone that comes into our life is exactly meeting us as how far we meet ourselves so if we find ourselves way more in tune with who we are is gonna be harder for others to be able to come around with the bullshit, we are a reflection of each other emotional Energetic beans. Our thoughts are only memories of what was said to us, and those thoughts can lead you to an observatory aspect of yourself where you can link it to the wound that hurts so much give that wound a name acknowledge it. Feel it all the way through. Don't push it downand then release it with a boundary for it to never come around again know your worth know your truth know that anytime someone is complaining about something about you that you were doing. It is a reflection of something that they can't do themselves.

Had to heal myself so I could see my worth to change this… self love is the most important thing to learn.. when we don’t love ourselves completely we will accept the bare minimum from everyone.. listen to affirmations and healing frequencies so you can love YOU!!
